The DEG-5L semi-automatic bottle blowing machine meets CE standards. Controlled by a microcomputer, it can more accurately control the technical parameters involved. Easy to operate, safe, only requires one person, no special training required.
This machine can blow produce edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, pesticide bottles, etc
1. Blow molding 0.1-5 liter PET bottles
2. Using a mold with two cavities, the production of 0.5 liter bottles can reach 900 per hour (one out of two), and blowing 5 liter bottles can reach 300 per hour (one out of one).
3. Advanced PLC control system, time control can be precise up to 0.01 seconds.
4. Special air storage device.
5. Infrared preform heater.
6. Different heating lamps are equipped with independent temperature control devices to ensure ideal heating effect for bottle preforms.
7. The direction of the heating lamp can be adjusted according to different bottle preforms.
Only one person is needed for operation, no special training is required.
