Essential knowledge for safe operation of fully automatic bottle blowing machine
(1) Before starting each shift, lubricating oil must be added to each moving component once. (Robot arm, robot arm guide rail, opening and closing mold guide rail)
(2) Swing the arm once every 3-4 days. The heating machine's large chain and small chain can be used once a month. Regularly check whether the main engine reducer and heating machine reducer are short of oil. The main engine bearings can be added once every 3 months.
(3) Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or detached, especially in areas with strong impact, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
(4) Check if the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, and water source are normal.
(5) Check if all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protective device detection switches are functioning properly.
(6) Check if the heating head enters the embryo and if the embryo shedding part is working properly. If the insertion is not in place, adjust the nut of the pressing device.
(7) Check if the light tube is damaged or broken. It should be replaced in a timely manner.
(8) Check whether each pneumatic component leaks air and whether the action is sensitive.
(9) Check if there is any abnormal air leakage or blockage in the triple unit, and if the water storage capacity in the cup is too full.
(10) When the solenoid valve of the fully automatic bottle blowing machine encounters abnormalities, it should be cleaned in a timely manner (once every 3.5 million bottles blown).
The operating principle of bottle blowing machine
Blow molding machines are mainly divided into three categories: extrusion blow molding machines, injection blow molding machines, and special structure blow molding machines. The processing technology is mainly divided into two types: one-step method and two-step method. The one-step and two-step blow molding processes are mainly used for forming PET and BOPP hollow containers. Both have their own characteristics and are widely used. Compared to other methods, the two-step method is more suitable for centralized production of bottle preforms and dispersed blowing of bottles; And one-step equipment is more suitable for online production of beverage enterprises.
The blowing process of a bottle blowing machine mainly consists of six steps: 1) First, place the heated plastic embryo into the mold; 2) Use a locking cylinder to tighten the mold; 3) Use high pressure or mechanical structures to lock the embryo mold; 4) Pre blowing air at medium and high pressure, while stretching the cylinder to expand the mold; 5) High pressure blowing, shaping the preform according to the mold and holding it under pressure for a certain period of time; 6) Release the high pressure from the formed bottle, reset the cylinder - remove the bottle.
Pneumatic equipment is widely used in the operation of bottle blowing machines; The series of actions from material release, mold closing, stretching, high-pressure blowing/deflation, and bottle retrieval are all assisted by pneumatic equipment. As shown in Figure 2, if we stretch the high-pressure blowing and releasing circuit, we can see that the gas path is divided into two parts, the atmospheric pressure part and the high-pressure part.
