After heat treatment, the plastic liquid pump bottle blank is sent into the mold for stretch blow molding. This section is equipped with a dual press machine equipped with a speed control device and hydraulic drive, and the stretching components are also driven by hydraulic pressure. When the stretching and blowing process is completed, the hydraulic servo of the pressure unit will release the bottle.
It is worth mentioning that it takes about 5 minutes to replace the mold, which is very convenient. After completing the blowing process, the bottle needs to pass through the defect bottle removal system.
As is well known, a good beverage bottle blowing machine has efficient working performance during operation, but if it loses safety, it also loses the value that a beverage bottle blowing machine should have. In recent years, due to frequent malfunctions of beverage bottle blowing machines, in order to improve the operational level of operators, ensure the safety of production equipment, guarantee product quality, and reduce production costs, the following points should be noted during the operation of beverage bottle blowing machines:
1. Before starting each shift, check if there are any abnormalities in the machine and lubricate all moving parts once. (Robot arm, robot arm guide rail, opening and closing mold guide rail)
2. Swing the arm once every 3-4 days. The heating machine's large chain and small chain can be used once a month. Regularly check whether the main engine reducer and heating machine reducer are short of oil. The main engine bearings can be added once every 2-3 months.
3. Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or detached, especially in areas with strong impact, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
4. Check if the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, and water source are normal.
5. Check if all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protective device detection switches are functioning properly.
6. Check if the heating head enters the embryo and if the embryo shedding part is working properly. If the insertion is not in place, adjust the nut of the pressing device.
7. Check if the light tube is damaged or broken. It should be replaced in a timely manner.
8. Check whether each pneumatic component leaks air and whether the action is sensitive.
